After the return of the Women Boat to Gaza mission members, Dr Fauziah Mohd Hasan and Puan Norsham Abu Bakar, a team of writers were in a frenzy working as fast as they could to produce a travelog-style book to tell the story about the mission.
Still finishing up my second painting project, I suddenly had an urge to be part of Women's Boat to Gaza (WBTG).
"Why not I paint a picture??"
After receiving some photos from the WBTG book project members, I quickly chosen this photo, a photo of two sister boats, Zaytouna-Oliva and Amal-Hope side by side at the harbour. Just like Dr Fauziah (Kak Gee) and Puan Norsham being side by side, strengthening one another..
Getting the correct shades of blue is quite a challenge.

The final painting...
The painting has been presented to our brave fighters during the launching of the book "35 Batu Nautika di MPH NU Sentral.
After that, the painting were placed in Dr Fauziah's office at MyCare headquarters.
