My next project is to prepare for opening of our bakery. Sugar n Spice Bakery. As the date of the opening comes nearer, suddenly I think it is timely to have a paint the bakery logo and complete it before the opening day, 1st January, 2018.
Even though I still have a project in progress, my mind is filled with this new project. Deep in my heart, I yearned to have both projects completed before the year 2017 ends.
The logo looks like this:
As soon as the idea came to my head, I bought a new 60 cm by 60 cm canvas. So I start preparing canvas for the project.

The wheat grain looked quite challenging to draw to tackle since I intend to make a correctly scaled painting of the original logo.
I made stencil cut-out from the enlarged wheat shapes printout.
The technique was quite effective!!
